Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
One page: 1-2 weeks. A full website: 2-4 weeks. An online store: 4-6 weeks. The clock starts when we have your texts and photos.
How does the AI chatbot work?
It answers your customers’ questions about hours, prices and bookings, even at night. It says in the first message that it’s an AI assistant, as the EU AI Act requires. AI usage is billed straight to your account with a monthly cap we set; for a small business it’s usually under 30 RON a month.
What do I pay after it's done?
Two things, in your name: the site address (the domain, like yourbusiness.com, roughly 10-20 EUR a year) and the place the site lives (hosting), usually free for a presentation site. An online store adds the Shopify plan, from about 20 EUR a month. Maintenance is optional.
Who owns the site?
You do, after the final payment. The site address (domain) is in your name from the start, so you don't depend on us.
Can I edit the texts myself?
Our sites don't have an admin panel you log into yourself, because that makes them faster and harder to hack. We make small changes as part of maintenance. Online stores do get a panel for products and orders.
What if I don't like the design?
That's why we show you two or three options before we build anything. You pick one, and once it's done you get two rounds of changes included.
Are prices negotiable?
The prices on the site are starting points. If you have a set budget, tell us and we’ll propose an option that fits. If you order several websites together (for several locations or businesses), you get 500 RON off each additional site.
How do I pay?
Half up front, half when it's done. You get an invoice from LUTRA VENTURES S.R.L., with no VAT, as the company is not VAT-registered.
Will I be first on Google?
We set up the basics so Google can find and understand your site, and we help with your Google Business profile. Nobody can honestly promise you the top spot.
Do you work with businesses outside Romania?
Everything can be done online. Invoices are issued in Romania, in RON, by a Romanian company.
